LWW Consultancy was founded by Leyton Williams, a Commercial Director with over two and a half decades of experience driving revenue growth, brand development, and strategic partnerships across hospitality and professional sport.

Leyton's career spans two demanding commercial environments — hospitality and elite sport — giving him a perspective that most consultants simply don't have. He understands what it takes to build revenue in highly competitive, experience-led industries where reputation, relationships, and commercial rigour all matter in equal measure.
Most recently, Leyton led the full commercial function of a boutique hospitality business — overseeing Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Events, and F&B simultaneously while scaling turnover to over £3 million. That meant repositioning the brand, reducing dependence on third-party booking channels, unlocking new revenue through partnerships and events, and building the commercial infrastructure to sustain growth.
Before that, a career in professional sport gave Leyton deep expertise in sponsorship, high-value corporate partnerships, and the kind of board-level commercial thinking that translates directly into how successful hospitality businesses are run.
